Her engagements with Enterprise development and partnerships with NGOs, beneficiaries and stakeholders have played a role in this leap in the new thinking.

Jasmen has over 10 years of experience in the Digital Industry, with extensive institutional and project portfolios as well as experience in managing large and complex multi-use development projects. She began her career as a Sales Consultant and has evolved in positions that including Sales Manager, Finance Manager, Project Manager and now Director in the digital space, as well as within The Healing Africa Foundation. Working in Open Shop environments, she have a vast understanding of both digital and viable community projects, together with a love for uplifting the poorest communities in South Africa. In her role as Director, she fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategies are clearly defined, while overseeing performance and maintaining morale, making sure every successful learning initiative has the required key people to allocate hours to new types of activities: reflection, planning, collaborative work, and training.
